WHERE CAN I SERVE?

Jesus told us to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation.

There are opportunities for everyone to become involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as cleaning the church premises, to preparing the church bulletins. Some of these opportunities are described below.

The Spanish Ministry is a platform established to worship, praise and give thanks to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, with the aim of taking his gospel of love, hope and everlasting life, to impact the Spanish speaking community in Hammersmith & Fulham, and beyond.

Meetings take place at the Church Hall every Saturday from 5:00pm.

Direct translation into English language is facilitated, when needed.

We invite you to come and join our lively Latin worship for His glory. Every soul is bienvenida!

TREM Place of Our Sanctuary is committed to spreading the word of God in our community and to every nation of the world. The community impact ministry currently provides meals to people who have needs in the community twice every month and hot meals during the winter seasons.

We are also actively engaged in taking the gospel to people who are unable to come to church, like elderly people in care homes, taking the love of God to them at home.

To add value to lives through empowerment and supportive relationships, promoting self-confidence, trust in God and faith in the goodness of man.

The 3-Ds of TREM, Discover, Develop and Deploy, is the framework that underpins the delivery of our empowerment initiatives, to ensure that every man achieves greatness for the benefit of our generation.

  • We support each man to discover their purpose
  • We enable each man to develop the necessary skills required to function in their purpose
  • We provide opportunities for each man to deploy their skills and talents in key areas of the community, for maximum impact and benefit.

God-honouring worship is something we strive to achieve, and many members of our congregation commit to this aspiration through their involvement in the drama ministry. These volunteers are an important part of the ‘word ministry’ in our church, using their talents and gifts to communicate the gospel through acting.

The Ushering Department facilitates a welcoming environment that is conducive for a robust encounter with God. The department aims at ensuring that everyone in the congregation is well attended to and looked after during the service.

The ushering team fills an important role, including directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors and granting access, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free.

The ushering team is a servant-hearted group of vibrant men and women, whose ministry is integral to our church life, and who ensure that order and structure is maintained during church services and events.

The Ushering team celebrates diversity and embraces every one regardless of their age, color, sex or culture. As a team we are committed to serving with a sincere heart, being genuine and compassionate. We also ensure the environment is welcoming and safe for our young and older members.

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. All of our weekly sermons are uploaded to our website in video and audio formats. We also maintain an active Facebook and Twitter feed for additional church communication.

Prayer cannot be overestimated; because prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Two Fridays in a month, the Intercessory Ministry meet to pray for the church and members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs.

Before the morning service, every Sunday by 10:00am, our team of church workers also pray for the service and the ministry of the Word. We invite you to avail yourself of these opportunities to pray with other believers.
